Gift Certificates
To purchase a gift certicate, please email us at
sales@potomacdist.com.
Please include the following information in your email.
- Your name (first and last)
- Your address
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Dollar amount you would like to purchase
- Your preference as to whether you would like the gift certificate emailed to you or directly to the recipient
- Recipient's name (first and last)
- Recipient's address
- Recipient's email address
- Payment method (Paypal, credit card, check, money order, or Moneybookers)
- If you would like to pay by Paypal, you may send your payment immediately to our paypal account - sales@potomacdist.com.
- If you would like to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or JCB), please use the following secure page to give us your credit card number after you send your email to us. - https://www.potomacdist.com/newcard.html.
- If you would like to send your payment to us through the mail, you may send your payment immediately. If you send a money order, we will notify the recipient of your gift immediately upon
receving your payment. If you send a check, we will wait 21 days for the check to clear and then notify the recipient of your gift.
We can email an Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file containing the gift certificate to you if you would like to print the
gift certificate and give it to the recipient yourself, or we can send the file (via email) directly to the recipient.
Please note that gift certificates are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the purchaser or original recipient.
Gift certificates are good for 3 years from the date that they are purchased.
